Reliable Source: Three Washington chefs to vie for 'Top Chef' title

Among the latest crop of knife-wielding "chef-testants" vying to make their culinary mark on Bravo's "Top Chef" beginning in December, look for three familiar names: Garret Fleming of Barrel on Capitol Hill, Marjorie Meek-Bradley of Cleveland Park's Ripple, and Kwame Onwuachi of the upcoming Shaw Bijou.
